The Ilocos Sur Festival is a vibrant twelve-day celebration held every February, showcasing the province’s rich cultural heritage, local craftsmanship, and community spirit. It is best known for the Kannawidan Ilocos Festival, which commemorates the founding anniversary of Ilocos Sur and highlights tradition, faith, and unity.
