This landmark anniversary has elevated the annual Vigan City Fiesta and Longganisa Festival from a local tradition into a grand national spectacle. Nestled within the cobblestone streets of a UNESCO World Heritage site, the festival is a sensory explosion that marries deep-seated Spanish colonial history with the vibrant, garlicky pulse of Ilocano culture.
